No. We come out, walk the space with you, take measurements and put a written, line-item estimate in your hands at no cost and with no obligation.
Yes. We are a licensed and insured general building contractor, and we are also a registered federal contractor with an active UEI and CAGE code — so our business details are on public record.
We self-perform most of the work with our own crews — demo, framing, drywall, paint, flooring, tile and finish carpentry. That means fewer scheduling gaps and one team accountable for the result, rather than a chain of subs who each blame the last one.
Usually, yes. Most kitchen and bathroom remodels are done with the family still living at home. We agree on working hours up front, contain the dust, and clean the site at the end of each day.
It depends entirely on scope, and on whether we are moving plumbing or walls. We give you a realistic schedule with the estimate rather than a number over the phone — and if something changes mid-job, you hear it from us before it affects the date.
Yes. Where a permit is required, we pull it and coordinate the inspections as part of the job.
Older homes hide surprises — rot, old wiring, a leak nobody knew about. We stop, show you what we found, and quote the fix separately before carrying on. Nothing extra ever appears on your final bill without you approving it first.
